I'MÂ CAROLINE.
Aside from my 15 years of clinical expertise and experience, I have grown and scaled our dental business into a multiple 7-figure business in 5 years. The growth of our business has been 15-20% per year and the projections for 2024, look to be 20-25% higher. In the last 5 years, I have grown a hygiene team and program 67%.
In the course of 5 years I have built a reliable, loyal and dedicated culture of employees. I currently have 30 staff that I am proud to say all work together as a team and each department works cohesively with each other.Â
Clinically, I have been known as the highest producing hygienist in all three practices I have worked in over the 15 years I have been completing clinical hygiene. My patients not only receive comprehensive care, they are able to understand the significance of maintaining their oral hygiene through gentle and thorough discussion. I have simplified the structure of my appointments to allow time to complete procedures required and oral hygiene instruction. This has allowed me to implement systems to grow the hygiene program in my office efficiently and ethically.Â
Having worked many roles in a Dental practice as a Registered Dental Assistant, Registered Dental Hygienist, Team lead roles and currently management, I am able to bring forward a unique perspective. In my managerial position, I have been able to expand our employees from worker bee attitudes to teamwork and ethically focused mindsets.Â
